Change of Address/Bank Details
To change your address or bank details you will need to send written authorisation to the Registry quoting your security holder reference number (SRN) or, for CHESS holders, your holder identification number (HIN) and sign your request.
Alternatively, the link below will take you to the download forms section in the registry website where you can access the appropriate form and fax or mail this into the registry. It is not possible to complete this form over the internet as your signature is required on the form.
