eco-Kinetics and Tianwei Joint Venture, solar manufacturing
In a joint venture with one of China's largest renewable energy companies, Tianwei, CBD through eco-Kinetics is establishing a solar panel and equipment manufacturing operation. This is located on the Gold Coast hinterland in Queensland. Products from this Australian manufacturing operation will be used locally and for eco-Kinetics international projects.
CBD Energy and SOLON SE
A close collaboration unites CBD Energy and the solar company SOLON SE in Germany.
SOLON, founded in 1997, is one of the leading producers of photovoltaic modules in Germany and a specialist for the integration of photovoltaic technologies into buildings. About 70% of the photovoltaic plants on the buildings at the German Federal Government come from SOLON. The SOLON Mover is the largest industrially manufactured turnkey solar tracking system in the world. This system enables entire towns to be supplied with solar energy, which makes this energy source available in a new dimension for the first time.
